The Beck Group proudly announces an exciting leadership update in its Atlanta office. Ryan Woods, AIA, has been named Design Director. He will bring a strong vision, deep industry expertise, and a passion for impactful design to this role.

As Design Director, Ryan will lead the creative direction of Beck’s Atlanta studio, ensuring that projects reflect the firm’s commitment to design excellence, collaboration, and integrated project delivery. With deep expertise in design-build and construction, he strengthens the connection between design and execution, delivering innovative solutions that align with client goals.

Over the past decade, Ryan has helped shape some of Atlanta’s most transformative projects, including Peachtree Center and Phipps Plaza.

He also led the design of The Melody, Atlanta’s first rapid housing development. His team converted 20 shipping containers into 40 transitional housing units in just three months, creating Atlanta’s fastest multifamily development. The project highlights the power of public-private collaboration and design’s role in addressing urgent community needs.

Beyond his project work, Ryan is a respected industry leader and mentor. He is active in NAIOP Future Leaders, LEAD Atlanta, and Central Atlanta Progress. He serves on several boards, including Hope Atlanta’s Young Professionals Board and NAIOP, where he is VP of Diversity and leads a Commercial Real Estate summer internship program. His dedication to the profession has earned him recognition as NAIOP National’s Developing Leader of the Year and a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and Georgia Trend Magazine.

The scholarship recognizes a member of a group underrepresented in the commercial real estate industry, age 38 or younger, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and current employment in the industry, including development, architecture, planning, government, transportation, engineering, finance, sustainability, and nonprofits. This select group can earn one of NAIOP’s certificates in either development or finance, as well as enjoy valuable connections through Prologis.

Atlanta Steps Up Blight Fight By Threatening 'Insidious' Landlords With Eminent Domain

Cushman & Wakefield has elevated Molly Millard, who joined the brokerage's Atlanta office tenant representation team in 2020, to a director on its Southeast capital markets team. She is transitioning from her previous role as a member of the tenant representation team. In her new role, Millard will advise clients on office investment sales throughout the region and work closely with Southeast capital markets team veterans, including Samir Idris, David Meline and Stewart Calhoun. Millard started her career in commercial real estate more than six years ago. She represents clients in the professional services sector, including several law firms and financial firms, in lease negotiations for office space. Millard's promotion offers her the opportunity "to be in a position that will deliver a new learning experience and serve an important function in lifting our investor services business," said Tyler Courtney, Cushman & Wakefield’s managing principal of Atlanta operations, in a statement.

Greg Boler has only recently begun to forge his own path in industrial real estate. After 13 years working for JLL, Transwestern Development Co. and most recently the industrial arm of Bridge Investment Group — where he led the development of more than 15M SF of warehouses up and down the East Coast — Boler launched his own industrial development and advisory firm, KMT Partners, in February.
